Blademaster provides the information contained on this website and advertises and sells the products to you, subject to these terms and conditions. By accessing and using the website, the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this legal notice. The user may not access, display, use, download and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the provider. ACCURACY AND CONTENT OF GOODS

Baldemaster has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that each product described, depicted or service offered on this website and any other information (such as pricing) displayed on the website is current, complete and accurate. However content errors may occur. For this reason and if the law allows it, the information displayed on our website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranty as to its accuracy. We have made every effort to accurately display the goods specifically with regard to their colour, description and price. Some descriptions or photographs of products and packaging may be of a generic nature and not specific to the particular product you wish to buy. Please remember however that the colours that you see will depend on the device which you are using to access our website and we cannot guarantee that the goods when received will be the exact same colour as you have seen it. We will also not accept any order if there has been a material error as to the price or description of the goods. We will inform you of such errors as soon as we become aware of them. If you are uncertain about information on a product advertised on this website, please send an email to info@blademaster and we will gladly assist you.

CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, namely Mygate,3D secure and no credit card details are stored on the website. Card acquiring and security Card transactions will be acquired for Blademaster via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by Blademaster separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. What is 3D secure?

3D Secure stands for Three Domain Secure – the payment industry’s Internet authentication standard which has been developed by the major card companies. Visa has called their version of the scheme Verified by Visa and MasterCard have called their equivalent initiative MasterCard SecureCode. These are both collectively referred to as 3D Secure.

DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is free. In the event that we do not have stock of the particular product, you have ordered it could take up to 4 weeks to receive the item.  For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, The Provider will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by DSV within their normal routes. In these circumstances, the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order. Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after the deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to info@blademaster.co.za. Where we deliver, Delivery times, and delivery charges should all be clearly stated here. Furthermore, the requirements at the time of delivery should be set out. (Example- please note that our courier company’s driver will ask you for your name, surname and ID on delivery of products. Should you not be available at the chosen delivery address to receive your order at the time of delivery, the driver will make a second attempt and thereafter we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery). The possibility of changing orders, repercussions, etc. should also be discussed here.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. Blademaster Gift Vouchers cannot be resold to or exchanged with a third party. You cannot use a blademaster Gift Voucher to purchase another blademaster Gift Voucher. Blademaster Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online through www.blademaster or at our store. Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). RESPONSIBILITY

Blademaster takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Provider grants to the User, subject to the further terms of these Terms and Conditions, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to access, display, use, download and otherwise copy the current and future Content for personal, non-commercial and information purposes only. We will take all reasonable efforts to ensure that prices reflected on the website are accurate. You will be charged the prices reflected on the website. Prices are quoted in the South African Rand and include Value- Added Tax (VAT). Special promotions may be limited to separate offer conditions and stipulations.
